Description
TGuide Cells/Tissue/Plant RNA Kit is specially designed to extract high purity RNA from animal cells, animal tissues and plant tissues using TGuide Series Automated Nucleic Acid Extractor, with no contamination of protein and other impurities. The kit contains reagents and consumables required for automatic DNA extraction by magnetic bead method. The reagents are pre-packed in sealed reagent cartridges. The unique embedded magnetic beads and fully automatic extraction process ensure the quick and convenient RNA purification.

Features
■ Simple and fast extraction: TGuide accessory products are based on the principle of nucleic acid purification by magnetic beads and RNA extraction process can be completed within 72 min.
■ No cotamination: Independent sealed reagent cartridge and consumables with DNase/RNase removal treatment to effectively reduce RNase contamination and crosscontamination.

Applications
The purified RNA can be directly used in quantitative RT-PCR, RTPCR, cDNA synthesis and other experiments.
