• DescriptionThe 1 kb DNA Ladder marker consists of nine double stranded DNA bands that are suitable as molecular weight standards for agarose gel electrophoresis.Since this product is premixed with 1× Loading Buffer, it is convenient to load 3~6 μl of this product to agarose gel electrophoresis directly.The ladder is composed of nine individual DNA fragments (in base pairs): 10000, 8000, 7000, 6000, 5000, 4000, 3000, 2000, and 1000 bp. It contains one intense band (5000 bp) for easy orientation. To load 6 μl of the product will provide 50 ng per DNA fragment with one intense fragment of 100 ng.
