• DescriptionThe 1 kb Plus DNA Ladder consists of twelve double stranded DNA bands that are suitable as molecular weight standards for agarose gel electrophoresis.Since this product is premixed with 1× Loading Buffer, it is convenient to load 3~6 μl of this product to agarose gel directly.The ladder is composed of twelve individual DNA fragments (in base pairs): 10000, 8000, 5000, 2000, 1600, 1000, 7000, 500, 400, 300, 200 and 100 bp. It contains one intense band (1000 bp) for easy orientation. To load 6 μl of the product will provide 50 ng per DNA fragment with one intense fragment of 100 ng.
