Introduction
The pLB-T Fast Rapid Cloning Kit efficiently clones a variety of PCR products and any DNA fragment with sticky ends. The kit is effective on either phosphorylated or non-phosphorylated DNA fragments. Positive selection of vectors and insert ligation takes only 5 min to obtain more than 95% positive recombinant clones. The kit is equipped with the new RapiLigation Mix, a highly efficient T4 DNA ligase reaction reagent containing ligation enhancers and enzyme stabilizers, which can greatly reduce ligation time and improve the ligation and cloning efficiency of PCR products. DH5α receptor cells and control super-helical plasmids are provided for different needs, which are convenient for transformation.

Storage
Competence cells need to be strictly frozen at -90~-65℃, which can be stored for half a year; the rest of the reagents are stored at -30~-15℃, which can be stored for one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing of all reagents. (Vectors and ligation reagents can be divided into small portions to prevent repeated freezing and thawing to ensure quality).
