Description
TGuide Plant Genomic DNA Kit is specially designed to extract high purity DNA from plants using TGuide Series Automated Nucleic Acid Extractors. The kit contains reagents and consumables required for automatic DNA extraction by magnetic beads method. The reagents are pre-packed in sealed reagent cartridges. The unique embedded magnetic beads and fully automatic extraction process ensure the quick and convenient DNA purification.

Features
■ Simple and fast extraction: TGuide accessory products are based on the principle of nucleic acid purification by magnetic beads, and the genomic DNA extraction process can be completed in 33 min.
■ Reliable results: Extract genomic DNA from different tissues such as plant leaves and seeds. The obtained DNA has no impurities such as RNA and protein, and can be directly used for PCR or real time PCR.
■ No phenol and chloroform extraction: No organic solvents harmful to human body such as phenol and chloroform are needed.

Applications
The purified genomic DNA can be directly used in PCR, real time PCR, Southern blot, RADP/AFLP and other experiments.
