• StorageThe kit can be stored for 12 months at room temperature (15-25°C). For long term storage, please store at 2-8°C. If precipitate has formed under the storage condition of 2-8°C, place the solution at room temperature for a period of time before use, or preheated in a 37°C water bath for 10 min if necessary to dissolve the precipitate.
• IntroductionThe kit adopts magnetic beads with unique separation function and a unique buffer system to separate and purify high-quality circulating nucleic acid from samples such as serum/plasma. The unique embedded magnetic beads have strong affinity for nucleic acid under certain conditions, and when the conditions change, the magnetic beads will release adsorbed nucleic acid, thus achieving the purpose of fast separation and purification of nucleic acid.
