• Description
  TIANSeq Size Selection DNA Beads is a product that can be used for DNA nucleic acid fragment sorting and purification. The product adopts high-performance magnetic beads and a unique buffer system. By changing the ratio of magnetic beads to sample,100 bp-1000 bp double-stranded and single-stranded DNA fragments can be sorted and purified without the need for electrophoresis separation and gel purification. The dNTP, salt ions and organic impuritiesin the reaction system can be effectively removed by this kit, and the resulting DNA fragments are highly purified, with the recovery efficiency higher than 90%. This kit can be widely used for the sorting and purification of DNA fragments of specific length range in NGS library construction experiments.
